Program Pauses: To pause the program, the client must notify our support team at [email protected] with written notification of MAJOR life events, illness, or injury including and ask to pause. The coach will review the client's request and will pause the program and deactivate the client's "Trainerize" account on the date of notification. The client will be responsible for contacting The Fitness Priority via email at [email protected] within 90 days of the program pause request date to re-initiate or update on their status. When the client re-initiates the program after the pause date, the client will restart on the day the program was paused. (i.e., the client pauses on day 6 of the -day program, the client will restart on day 6 and complete the remaining days.)

Please note, this is a group-based service and does not include individualized nutrition coaching or dietary plans for specific health conditions such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, PCOS, pre-diabetes, or other medical concerns. Monthly Live Call: The client will have access to 1 monthly live group coaching call where a The Fitness Priority coach will answers questions and cover an educational topic.

What is the product? The nutrition template is a personalized nutrition document to support individuals wanting to improve body composition.
Product Features
Nutrition Template: Clients will receive a nutrition intake form upon receipt of payment in their welcome email. After the intake form is received the client will receive their nutrition template within two business days via email from [email protected]. The client MUST submit their intake form in order to receive their nutrition template. This product is self-guided.
Promise & Expectations:
Overview: Learn how to build a balanced plate of protein, carbohydrates, fat and vegetables with provided food portions based on body size and activity level. There is no coaching or support provided with this product.
Onboarding: The client will receive an email with a nutrition intake form link, once the client submits the form, within 2 business days the client will receive their template via email from [email protected].
Client’s Responsibilities: The client is responsible for submitting their nutrition intake form to receive their template and reviewing the document on their own. The client is responsible for the costs of all equipment, and personal computing devices (computers, mobile phones & tablets) involved in accessing and utilizing the template. The client understands the nutrition recommendations in the template are just that, recommendations and do not replace medical advice.

The Fitness Priority: The Busy Professional Fit Academy (No Coaching)- Program Terms Of Service
What is the service?: The Fitness Priority: The Busy Professional Fit Academy- Essentials Program (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Certification) offers clients either a 90-day or 1-year access to our fitness, nutrition, and education program through the Trainerize software. All interactions, assistance, and coaching will be conducted within Trainerize. After the program concludes access to the Trainerize website will end after the chosen 90-day or 1-year duration, after service begins.
Service Features:
Workouts: Depending on the duration the client chooses (90 days or 1 year), the client will receive 36 or 144 workouts. The workouts will be delivered through the Trainerize website which the client will gain access after enrolling into the program. Each workout will have video demonstrations of every exercise, workout modifications to fit any ability level, mobility focused warm-ups, planned increases in sets, reps & intensity, and balanced workouts that target each muscle group in 45-60 minutes.
Education: An online guide consisting of video lectures that instruct the Client on exercise programming, nutrition, and lifestyle habits will be provided in conjunction with the beginner exercise program in Trainerize to support the clients efforts in achieving their health and fitness goals.
Nutrition Resources and Template: Clients will receive a nutrition intake form upon receipt of payment in their welcome email. After the intake form is received the client will receive their nutrition template along with additional resources within two business days via email from [email protected]. The client MUST submit their intake form in order to receive their nutrition documents. Nutrition coaching is ONLY provided with the Plus version of this program.
Support: Client will be provided access to support groups within the Trainerize software, for the duration of their program, 90 days or 1 year, after service begins. Note: Only the Plus version of the program provides feedback for exercise technique review in a group setting
Promise & Expectations:
Overview: As a result of engaging with The Fitness Priority: The Busy Professional Fit Academy- Essentials Programs (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Certification) the Clients will learn how to safely perform exercises, how to program and structure their own workouts based on their goals, and nutrition/lifestyle habits to support their health and wellness. The intended result is that the client will be able to successfully implement 3 workouts per week and eat nutritiously despite having a busy schedule and learn the skills to maintain the habits learned during the program.
Onboarding: Once payment is received, the client will be sent a “Welcome Email” from coachgabewest@thefitnesspriority and from Trainerize to set up an account. The Welcome Email will detail important next steps including the nutrition intake form. Once the client has set up their Trainerize account, the client will be provided with a full week of instructional videos called “Week Zero” to learn how to use the app, equipment needed along with recommendations, how to use nutrition documents, and how to access support.
Client’s Responsibilities: Client is responsible for the costs of all equipment, personal computing devices (computers, mobile phones & tablets) involved in accessing the program. Results are contingent upon the Client’s participation in the program, including completing all workouts, watching all educational videos, implementing nutrition education, and asking for support when needed. The client understands coaching and education videos are not “live” and all communication and group coaching will take place within the Trainerize website. The client understands “Coaching”, which is not medical advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific fitness goals or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. The client understands the nutrition recommendations in the template are just that, recommendations and do not replace medical advice.
Program Pauses: To pause the program, the client must notify our support team at [email protected] with written notification of MAJOR life events, illness, or injury including and ask to pause. The coach will review the client's request and will pause the program and deactivate the client's "Trainerize" account on the date of notification. The client will be responsible for contacting The Fitness Priority via email at [email protected] within 90 days of the program pause request date to re-initiate or update on their status. When the client re-initiates the program after the pause date, the client will restart on the day the program was paused. (i.e., the client pauses on day 56 of the -day program, the client will restart on day 56 and complete the remaining days.)
No Responses/Contact from Client: The client will have access to their "Trainerize" account for the duration of this contract. The Fitness Priority will not restart or backtrack programs for any reason. If the client misses workouts/or falls behind it's the client's responsibility to work with the coaching professional to develop a plan to get back on track to finish the remaining contract time.
Investment:The Client’s investment for The Fitness Priority: The Busy Professional Fit Academy- Essentials Program is as written on our website and checkout page or as verbally indicated at the time of the coaching call. Credit card information will be collected on our website through our checkout page. Payment installment plans are available as a 3-pay option, 30-days separated.
The Fitness Priority: The Busy Professional Fit Academy- Flagship (Coaching) Terms Of Service
What is the service? The Busy Professional Fit Academy- Flagship Program (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Certification) offers clients either a 90-day or 1-year access to our comprehensive fitness, nutrition, and education program through the Trainerize app/website. The client will be provided a personal coach for the duration of their program and all interactions, assistance, and coaching feedback will be conducted within Trainerize app/website. After the program concludes accesss to the Trainerize app/website will end after the chosen 90-day or 1-year duration after service begins.
Service Features:
Workouts: Depending on the duration the client chooses (90 days or 1 year), the client will receive 36 or 144 workouts. The workouts will be delivered through the Trainerize app/website which the client will gain access after enrolling into the program. Each workout will have video demonstrations of every exercise, workout modifications to fit any ability level, mobility focused warm-ups, planned increases in sets, reps & intensity, and balanced workouts that target each muscle group in 45-60 minutes.
Education: An online guide consisting of video lectures that instruct the Client on exercise programming, nutrition, and lifestyle habits will be provided in conjunction with the beginner exercise program in Trainerize to support the clients efforts in achieving their health and fitness goals.
Nutrition Resources and Template: Clients will receive a nutrition intake form upon receipt of payment in their welcome email. After the intake form is received the client will receive their nutrition template along with additional resources within two business days via email from [email protected]. The client MUST submit their intake form in order to receive their nutrition documents.
Support: Client will be provided access to a coach for unlimited one on one support within the Trainerize app/website, for the duration of their program, 90 days or 1 year, after service begins. Coaching will be provided within each workout if the client chooses to write notes and submit videos for exercise technique review & feedback.
Group Support: Client’s will receive access to our private Trainerize groups to interact with other members and coaches. Weekly Live Calls: Client will have access to Weekly Live Calls where a BPFA Coach gives a brief talk on nutrition, lifestyle or exercise technique or education. If a client cannot attend, a recording will be provided the next day. Accountability: Your Coach will continuously support you throughout the duration of your program.
Mid-Way Meeting: One 30 minute call during each midway point of each 90 day program for more in depth support if needed.
Promise & Expectations:
Overview: As a result of engaging with The Fitness Priority: The Busy Professional Fit Academy- Flagship Program the Clients will learn how to safely perform exercises, how to program and structure their own workouts based on their goals, and nutrition/lifestyle habits to support their health and wellness. The intended result is that the client will be able to successfully implement 3 workouts per week safely and efficiently, eat nutritiously despite having a busy schedule and learn the skills to maintain the habits learned during the program.
Onboarding: Once payment is received, the client will be sent a “Welcome Email” from coachgabewest@thefitnesspriority and from Trainerize app/website to set up an account. The Welcome Email will detail important next steps including the nutrition intake form. Once the client has set up their Trainerize account, the client will be provided with a full week of instructional videos called “Week Zero” to learn how to use the app, introduction to their coach, equipment needed along with recommendations, how to use nutrition documents, and how to access support.
Client’s Responsibilities: Client is responsible for the costs of all equipment, personal computing devices (computers, mobile phones & tablets) involved in accessing the program. Results are contingent upon the Client’s participation in the program, including completing all workouts, watching all educational videos, implementing nutrition education, uploading exercise videos for review, and asking for support when needed. The client must participate as this is a done with you program. This is a collaborative process and for the client to receive the full benefit they must participate. The client understands coaching and education videos are not “live” and all communication and coaching will take place within the Trainerize website. The client understands “Coaching”, which is not medical advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific fitness goals or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. The client understands the nutrition recommendations in the template are just that, recommendations and do not replace medical advice.
Program Pauses: To pause the program, the client must notify our support team at [email protected] with written notification of MAJOR life events, illness, or injury including and ask to pause. The coach will review the client's request and will pause the program and deactivate the client's "Trainerize" account on the date of notification. The client will be responsible for contacting The Fitness Priority via email at [email protected] within 90 days of the program pause request date to re-initiate or update on their status. When the client re-initiates the program after the pause date, the client will restart on the day the program was paused. (i.e., the client pauses on day 56 of the -day program, the client will restart on day 56 and complete the remaining days.)
No Responses/Contact from Client: The client will have access to their "Trainerize" account for the duration of this contract. The Fitness Priority will not restart or backtrack programs for any reason. If the client misses workouts/or falls behind it's the client's responsibility to work with the coaching professional to develop a plan to get back on track to finish the remaining contract time.
Satisfaction:
Satisfaction with The Fitness Priority: The Busy Professional Fit Academy- Flagship Program is guaranteed, as long as the Client puts forth the necessary effort to learn the process, and implemented the necessary actions stated above in Client Responsibilities.
Investment:The Client’s investment for The Fitness Priority: The Busy Professional Fit Academy- Flagship Program is as verbally indicated at the time of the coaching call. Credit card information will be collected on our website through our checkout page.
The Fitness Priority: 6 Week Coaching- Program Terms Of Service
What is the service?: The Fitness Priority: The 6 week coaching program offers clients 6 weeks of access to education, nutrition, and education program through the Trainerize software. All interactions, assistance, and coaching will be conducted within Trainerize. After the program concludes access to the Trainerize website will end if the client does not purchase a continuing program.

The Fitness Priority: 1:1 NUTRITION COACHING
What is the service? The 1:1 Nutrition Program by The Fitness Priority offers clients 4 or 12 week nutrition coaching on implementation of nutrition templates.
Service Features
Nutrition Resources and Template: Clients will receive a nutrition intake form upon receipt of payment in their welcome email. After the intake form is received the client will receive their nutrition template along with additional resources within two business days via email from [email protected]. The client MUST submit their intake form in order to receive their nutrition documents.
Nutrition Coaching and support in Trainerize: The client will receive access to the trainerize app where the client will submit biweekly biometrics (weight) and engage with the nutrition coach via in app messages to answer any questions to help the nutrition coach provide recommendations to the client to help implement the nutrition template and reach their goals.
Promise & Expectations:
Overview: As a result of engaging with 1:1 Nutrition Coaching by The Fitness Priority, the Client will have 30-day or 90-day access to the Trainerize app depending on duration purchased, starting Monday after the purchase.
Onboarding: Once enrolled into the Trainerize website, the client will be provided with a “Day Zero” onboarding to learn how to use the app, nutrition documents, along and how to access support.
Client’s Responsibilities: The client is responsible for watching onboarding videos and for the costs of all equipment, and personal computing devices (computers, mobile phones & tablets) involved in accessing the program. The client is also responsible for reading all emails and messages within Trainerize from The Fitness Priority coaches and respond/participate to get the most out the program.The client understands “Coaching”, which is not medical advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific fitness goals or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. The client understands the nutrition recommendations in the template are just that, recommendations and do not replace medical advice. The client must submit nutrition intake form provided via email to the client once the program is purchased in order to receive nutrition coaching.
Investment:The Client’s investment for 1:1 Nutrition Coaching is as written on our website and checkout page. After program completion, the client will have the opportunity to purchase one of our other programs to continue on. If the client chooses not to continue, access to the app and program will be restricted. Credit card information will be collected on our website through our checkout page.
